SPECIAL MUSIC:

The piano selections played by Artis Wodehouse are all recently composed by an emerging school of African composers. They have recognized that the piano -- essentially an 88-note tuned percussion instrument -- lends itself very well to the intricate rhythms and spiritual content of all African music.
